RETURNS POLICY
In the case that an item doesn't arrive as as expected or is damaged in transit I will do everything I can to assist you in getting product that you need or make swapping your item as easy as possible. please contact me via email heartmadecraftsgc@gmail.com as soon as possible to arrange a return.
Please note that customers need to cover the cost of returning the items to me and I will provide address details once we have discussed the returns proceedings..
Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Heartmade Crafts have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. I will also require a photo as proof of the damaged item.
Personalised Products
Many products are personalised and will not be eligible for a return or refund. Every effort is made during the design process and in some custom cases I will also provide a “proof” photo of your item before sending.
In the case of items such as; personalised cards, felt hearts, handmade. made-to-order items may not be eligible for a refund or return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions and if necessary a shipping label (depending on the circumstances) as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Returns do not cover items that are on sale or customised products
