** Current processing time is 7 days ** We post our goods within 2-4 days if they are ready to ship, and made-to-order items may take up to 5 working days, ***Books and print-on-demand items may take longer and you will be advised by email every step of the way. If your order is urgent you may email heartmadecraftsgc@gmail.com to ensure parcels are delivered in time for you. You may contact me for bulk orders or special requests via email or my online customer order enquiry form. Many of our packages we use for sending may be recycled (reused void fill or bubble wrap or the occasional recycled box) as that is just how we roll. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for any personalised items and handmade items to be made and then shipped from the Gold Coast via standard post. Shipping is via Australia Post and standard delivery times are 3-5 business days within Queensland and up to 7 days interstate.

 

Print-on-demand products, books and pre-order items: Any order with pre-order items will be noticed with an email once it's posted/shipped.

Flat rate STANDARD SHIPPING is AUD $10.95 for orders under AUD $100

Flat rate EXPRESS SHIPPING is AUD $14.95 under AUD $100.

 

New Zealand Shipping

Flat Rate STANDARD SHIPPING is AUD $19 for orders under AUD $100

We do not yet ship internationally. Australia and New Zealand only.
